A classic cotton T-shirt, loved since the brand’s founding for over 20 years, now debuts in its first natural indigo-dyed model.

Each piece is carefully hand-dyed, resulting in a deep, beautiful indigo blue born from artisanal craftsmanship.

The indigo is sourced from Nara Prefecture, where a skilled artisan carries out the entire process—from cultivating tadeai (Japanese indigo), to producing sukumo (fermented indigo), and finally to dyeing. Each garment has its own unique expression, radiating a one-of-a-kind presence.

The fabric is woven from custom-spun yarn on a vintage Tompkins machine, creating DF’s original jersey. The yarn’s natural softness combined with the slightly heavier weight of the fabric delivers both exceptional comfort and outstanding durability.

Highly breathable, it can be worn as a top in spring and summer, or as an inner layer in autumn and winter.
Even after years of wear, it resists losing its shape while developing a richer character through natural aging.
