We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, but please contact us in the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defaced or does not match the product ordered.

We will only accept returns or exchanges of faulty items if the items have not been used within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return postage for returns or exchanges of faulty items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons such as size changes, different image etc. or for products that fall into any of the following categories. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items

- Products that have been used for anything other than a trial fit.
- Products containing cosmetics, perfume, etc.
- If the delivery note has been lost.
- If you request an exchange after 8 days of receiving the products.
