Fabric and color unique to DF, created from original yarn

Using DF original jersey fabric. We used a rare old-style Tompkins knitting machine, going through numerous trials and errors from selecting custom yarn to setting the gauge and adjusting the knitting.
It is slowly knitted on a rare Tompkins knitting machine from about 100 years ago in Shanghai.

Then, the fabric knitted in Shanghai is moved to Japan, where "product dyeing" is done.
It has been finished in DF's uniquedeep original colors, blended by artisans one by one.

Although it is an inefficient method due to crossing countries, we believe it is the best way to seek the craftsmanship of the best artisans and factories.
