Original DF fabric and warm hand embroidery
Using DF original jersey fabric. We used a rare old-style Tompkins knitting machine and went through numerous trials and errors from selecting custom threads to setting the gauge and adjusting the knitting.
It is slowly knitted on a rare Tompkins knitting machine from about 100 years ago in Shanghai.
And, in Japan, the owner personally performed hand embroidery, completing the original long T-shirt.
The warmth unique to handwork can be felt in the finish. Each stitch is carefully embroidered.
