Shipping Countries
We ship to most countries worldwide.

Tracking

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Status

After your order leaves DEVISE FACTORY, you can check delivery progress via the carrier’s tracking system. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please understand that we only have access to the same tracking details provided by the carrier.


Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
If you experience any issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.



Returns & Exchanges (for International Orders)

Return & Exchange Window
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
For returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Exchange Shipping
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 
We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.


Product Condition
Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when received.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use or damage.
