About Exchange Rates
For orders placed from outside Japan or when using a credit card issued overseas, exchange rates will be applied. In such cases, currency conversion fees may be charged by your credit card company.
These fees are not charged by our store, but are determined and applied by your card issuer or payment service provider.
Please also note that the exchange rate applied at the time of purchase and at the time of refund may differ, which may result in a difference in the refunded amount.

Import Duties and Taxes

Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Status
After your order leaves DEVISE FACTORY, you can check delivery progress via the carrier’s tracking system. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please understand that we only have access to the same tracking details provided by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
If you experience any issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Customs and Import Duties
